The Catahoula Wine Mixer
The 2025 Catahoula Wine Mixer will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Provenance Neighborhood. The Catahoula Wine Mixer is an outdoor event celebrating wine, cuisine, and culture from different regions of the world.
The Chef’s Dinner
This year’s event will kick off with an exclusive, eight-course Chef’s Dinner on Friday, March 28, 2025. Limited Tickets are available for the Chef’s Dinner. Each chef will prepare a single course complete with wine pairings exclusive to the Chef’s Dinner and not available at the Saturday event.
Wine Regions
Immerse yourself in the exquisite flavors of France, Italy, California, and Spain. Each renowned for its wine and food, the regions will have a unique, festival-like atmosphere, transporting you somewhere new.
The Catahoula Wine Mixer features top local chefs and restauranteurs in the Shreveport-Bossier area alongside a curated list of incredible wines. The all-star chefs are teaming up to bring an epic culinary experience to each region.
